MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Orion Federal Credit Union welcomed back Shelby County Schools teachers Tuesday by donating Girl Scout Cookies to every teacher in the district.
The Orion Gives Back Program worked with Girl Scouts Heart of the South to make this happen, while also engaging the young girls in a new way to give back to the community.
The credit union was originally founded by a group of Memphis teachers back in 1957, and continues to serve SCS today.
