13-year-old shot in downtown Memphis Sunday night

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 13-year-old girl is in critical condition after being shot in downtown Memphis Sunday night.

According to the Memphis Police Department, the shooting happened just after 7:15 p.m. at Union and Riverside.

Detectives say the suspects were driving a white 1994-1995 Ford Crown Victoria and a newer-model pickup truck going east on Union.

At 7:18 pm, officers responded to a shooting at Union and Riverside. Officers located a female shooting victim who was xported in critical condition.

The subjects responsible were last seen occupying a white 94-95 ford crown Victoria and a newer model pick up east on Union.
