Four Mid-South educators nominated for statewide awards

Four Mid-South educators are being celebrated with Tennessee’s highest recognition.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Four Mid-South educators are being celebrated with Tennessee’s highest recognition.

Anna Jones of Arlington Elementary, Varissa Richardson of Munford Elementary, Korrie White of Bartlett City Schools, and Susan Farris of Lauderdale County Schools are finalists for principal and district supervisor of the year awards.

These women were chosen among school districts across the state for their service in education and leadership in their schools. They will now head to an in-person interview before a selection is made during a November 5th banquet.
