Memphis Police have issued a City Watch Alert for a missing child, Mia Belski.
She was last seen in a white pickup truck with two men at the 900 block of Dillworth Street.
Mia is 3 feet tall, weighs 60 pounds, and has shoulder-length black hair. She was las seen wearing a pink tie-dye shit, brown jacket, blue jeans with white stars, and pink Juicy Couture boots.
