Brandon is the anchor of CW 30 News at 9pm Monday-Friday

Artiles, a native of Nashville, TN, attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he received his bachelor's degree in Journalism and Electronic Media. Most recently, Artiles was an anchor at WLBT-TV in Jackson, MS. He began his career at WATE-TV in Knoxville, TN before moving to be a reporter and anchor at WBBJ-TV in Jackson, TN.

When Artiles joined the Local Memphis news team he reunited with his former colleague News Anchor Katina Rankin. As a team they anchored the top rated morning news at WLBT-TV in Jackson, MS. 

Artiles has deep ties to the Memphis area. His wife, Heather, grew up in Memphis. She is a graduate of Houston High School in Germantown and Heather’s parents currently reside in Collierville. Their oldest son was also born in Memphis.

Artiles has covered stories all over the Mid-South. He was a leader in the team coverage of severe weather in the spring and the recovery stories from tornado damage in Mississippi.
