A Cloudy, Cool Start To The Week

Rain continues to exit the Mid-South, but clouds will hang around for the majority of today.
MEMPHIS WEATHER--Rain continues to slides eastward out of the Mid-South, but clouds will stick around for the better part of the day. Cooler air will move into the area under a westerly wind today helping to initially drop temperatures mid-morning. Temperatures will rebound slightly this afternoon with most areas topping out in the upper 40's to near 50 degrees. Skies will become mostly clear overnight and lows tonight will drop into the mid 30's. Tuesday will bring a bit of a warm-up with temperatures in the upper 50's. A few additional clouds will swing through the Mid-South, but the forecast is dry for tomorrow. Sunshine lines the second half of the work week forecast with temperatures by Friday in the 70's.
