Drying Out Friday

Drying Out Friday

Memphis Weather--A strong winter storm will move away from the Mid-South Thursday night after brushing NE Arkansas with moderate freezing rain for several hours.  Temperatures will be near freezing in NE Arkansas tonight and a couple of slick spots may develop on bridges and overpasses.  Otherwise, the remainder of the Mid-South will stay well above freezing with rain ending from west to east.  Friday will be partly sunny, warmer and dry.  An upper level weather system will keep temperatures cool Saturday followed by a nice warm up Sunday.  The weekend will be dry, but rain returns Monday.
