MEMPHIS, TN--It's going to be another gorgeous day in the Mid-South, perfect for everything you may have planned. Sunny skies will continue today and high temperatures again will climb into the mid and upper 60's. If you will be traveling today, much of the Central and Southeastern U.S. is quiet weather-wise.
Quiet weather will continue in the Mid-South for Thanksgiving. Clouds will thicken up by tomorrow evening in advance of our next rain-maker, but it will be dry at your home for Thanksgiving dinner. Isolated showers will work into the area overnight into early Friday morning. Quite a bit of dry air will still be in place by that time frame, so any shower activity will be isolated and light. "Black Friday" shoppers should not get drenched from any rain that may be lurking around Friday morning. Clouds will clear out quickly by midday Friday and much cooler air will filter into the area.
Temperatures will turn much colder over the weekend. Saturday morning will be blustery with highs in the afternoon only climbing into the upper 40's and lower 50's.
Have a great holiday everyone!
