Memphis--Outside of a steady stream of high level cloudiness across the Mid-South, the weather is quiet and cold throughout the region.  Thursday morning lows will fall into the mid to upper 20s.  Clouds will push east Thursday allowing more sun and slightly warmer temperatures.  Daytime highs will continue several degrees below normal Thursday.  Dry weather will last through Friday.  A few scattered showers are possible Saturday followed by another dry stretch of weather that will last through next Wednesday.
