MEMPHIS WEATHER-- Clouds have moved back into the Mid-South and scattered drizzle is likely this morning. Another wave of scattered showers with a few rumbles of thunder are likely late morning through the afternoon. Temperatures will vary greatly across the Mid-South, depending on the areas that see rain. Temperatures in areas that remain dry will be able to climb into the lower 80's again. Scattered rain and a storm or two is possible late tonight and into Friday morning. The Storm Prediction Center does have the Mid-South (along and south of I-40) in a slight risk for severe weather Friday. After early morning rain, if the atmosphere can get a few dry hours in the afternoon and a little sunshine to pop out, additional isolated showers and storms could re-develop. Some storms could be strong or severe tomorrow afternoon. A few light showers could hang around into Saturday, but the weekend overall looks mainly dry. Temperatures will be toasty on Sunday with highs near 90 degrees!
