MEMPHIS WEATHER--After a rainy Monday, sunshine and cooler temperatures arrive today. A breezy northwesterly wind will help to keep high temperatures today only around the 50 degree mark, despite ample sunshine. Winds will become light overnight tonight and temperatures will drop into the mid and upper 20's. Brrr! Unsettled weather will return start to make a return on Wednesday. Clouds will stream into the Mid-South Wednesday afternoon and a few light showers will be possible, especially south of I-40. Temperatures will again fall near freezing early Thursday morning. Computer models indicate a potential for freezing rain early Thursday morning, especially across northeast Arkansas. Temperatures will quickly warm above freezing during the day Thursday with rain and storms moving into the Mid-South. Milder temperatures arrive on Friday.
