Memphis Weather--Monday will bring an increase in clouds early in the day and rain for the afternoon that will last into Monday night.  Temperatures will be mild enough with this system to keep precipitation in the form of rain and the atmosphere will remain stable enough to avoid any thunderstorm activity.  That will be the running theme for the rest of the week; no severe weather, no winter weather, milder than normal temperatures.  Rain is expected Monday, Thursday and Sunday.  Rain totals will be light for the most part until  Sunday's system.  Daytime highs will be in the mid to upper 50s through Tuesday afternoon and then head for the 60s the remainder of the week.
