NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security today announced that the Dyer County Driver Service Center located at 361 James H. Rice Road in Dyersburg has reopened effective Tuesday, July 3. The facility was temporarily closed due to a building maintenance issue.
