The month of July will mark 30 years of ministry for Breath of Life Christian Center (BOLCC). Lead by Dr. Sammie Holloway and First Lady Addie Holloway, BOLCC continues to make its mark in the Raleigh-Frayser community and abroad.
To celebrate 30 years of ministry, Breath of Life Christian Center will host a series of events the week of July 9th-13th. A free performance from Grammy Award winning gospel artist CeCe Winans of the famous Winans family will kick off the celebration with a performance on Monday evening. The series of events and celebrations will be held at Breath of Life Christian Center located at 3795 Frayser-Raleigh Road. In 1981, Breath of Life Christian Center began as Breath of Life Evangelical Association. With the support of several faith partners, the association became Breath of Life Christian Center in July of 1982. The ministry grew spiritually and numerically and began to make strides in becoming an International ministry with churches in Memphis, Arkansas and Haiti. Now 30 years later, the 2200 seat auditorium known as Breath of Life International Ministry, houses Breath of Life Christian Center, its administrative staff of 50, the Breath of Life Preparatory Pre-School and draws hundreds of members weekly and countless viewing members via their streaming services on the internet and TV.
