Alert Parent Nabs Memphis Man Accused of Fondling Himself

Neighbors say he kept to himself, a far cry from the man now accused of doing the exact opposite.
MEMPHIS, TN (localmemphis.com) -- Neighbors say he kept to himself, a far cry from the man now accused of doing the exact opposite.

Germantown Police detectives arrested Darin Scott Little on Friday morning at his home on Dorothy Place.

According to police, four high school students and a chaperon riding in a school bus called police after seeing a man fondling himself inside a Ford Taurus near the intersection of Germantown Road and Neshoba. The chaperon was able to jot down the license plate number to the car.

"It is aberrant behavior," said a woman who lives across the street from Little and didn't want to give her name.

"It happened to me in a grocery store one time," she added. "I was scared and I just ran out of the store, I should have told the people there."

According to police, the four high school students were able to pick the suspect out of a line-up.

Little was arrested at his home early Friday morning.

According to Little's Facebook page, he graduated with a Master's Degree in Divinity and Theology. Neighbors say he is married.

"It is really sad, it is sad for him and it is sad for the children," a neighbor said.

Little is charged with three counts of indecent exposure and solicitation of a minor to observe sexual conduct.

Little did not return a call and text for comment.
