BARTLETT, TN - The Bartlett Police Department is trying to figure out what happened to a 29 year-old woman who went missing on Sunday, March 8, 2009.

Investigators tell MyEyewitnessNews.com that Lisa Renee Davis was dropped off at home at 6540 Luxury Cove about 2:00 a.m. Sunday. Hours later, she failed to show up for work at the Bumpus Harley-Davidson shop.

Police went to the home around 1:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon and found blood at the door and entryway. Detectives say during a search of the house, they found Davis’ wallet, car keys and her car was still in the driveway. Police had to break a window to enter the house, because the doors were locked, and say that there were no signs of a break-in.

Investigators searched a wooded area near the home Monday morning, March 9, 2009. Police say they did not find Davis and are expanding their search.

Davis is white, stands about five feet two inches tall, with brown eyes and shoulder-length blond hair.

She's a model with a professional website. To view her photographs, click here: http://www.modelmayhem.com/724941

Anyone with information about Lisa Renee Davis is asked to call the Bartlett Police Department.

This is ODD. One thing that stands out to me is she was unable to drive and needed a friend to help her. Date rape drug possibly. I mixed drinks one night at a Florida bar, 6 beers, 5 mix drinks, on the way home my head started to spin into eternity, wasn't the mix of drinks, I was an experienced drinker. I was slipped something. If it was her blood in the home, police will tell us later. Same with alcohol if it is her blood, possibly can show up, I am not the expert here. As far as the Ex, police will figure this one out, doesn't matter his job. I highly doubt anyone who did not know her has something to do with this, searching Google Maps, her location. I have never read about random acts of violence where preditor takes victom from an ovious place that someone would not notice. Doesn't appear to have trees in this area yet on google maps. Typical of a new development in Bartlett. Developers don't even want to give ya a new tree. So much for there heart. Ya ask why our economy is falling off a cliff. Being a Bartlett resident, traffic CAMS might leave a clue. Doubt very much someone would stop at a gas station if they knew what they were going to do. Unless they stoppped before they went there. For whatever happen to her, hope she is OK. Someone should have to herd cars traveling in the area during this time. I sit in my Bartlett home and can hear cars traveling up the next street, any time of day or night. Being it was a Sunday morning, all the more ovious, neibhors do know what sound familiar and what does not. Wake up neibhors, help out a bit.

kneedeepinkids stop blaming MEN for all of the problems in the world. You are a horrible sexist. All men aren't like this, the person who did this is a sociopath, and not much of a MAN. BTW, this man is praying for Lisa's safe return.

I'm sure if she weren't so beautiful we would have already moved on.

haha, well, we all know, being from Memphis and on the SWAT team makes him a PRIME suspect. Who better to know how to cover things up and where and how to get rid of a body. UNLESS he has a iron clad alibi, I am going to say that he will turn up under the scope, if he is not secretly already....

The house pics online show the home to be minimally furnished, as if perhaps she was living alone at the time. The co-owner of the home is reported to be a SWAT team member with the Shelby County Sheriff's office, and allegedly is not currently a suspect.

is there any chance that the man who is co owner of her home got upset that she was coming home so late and maybe drunk that this turned into an altercation, domestic issue. Also, if he is not a suspect, who "dropped her off"? Could they be suspect. Or if there are a lot of construction men in that area, since she is really cute, could one of them have attacked her? I prey she is ok at a hospital somewhere, but it's not looking like this....

please help piece this together to find Lisa! The Obvious leads~ 1. She Lived on a busy bartlett road, with no fence for privacy, Her yard where she takes her dogs for walks is on Ellendale! (very Busy road) Construction workers are close by, clearing woods and building new roads, for more house. 2. She was out with friends to where?? who dropped her off at home at 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning, because she was unable to drive herself. if she was drinking makes her even more defenseless, or vaulnerable. to any MAN, she was only 5'2" & 100 lbs soaking wet. 3. If you are in a public resturant or drinking establisment, where you are consuming drinks having fun with friends. You are not going to be watching your enviromant, the surroundings, who might be watching you from afar??? any Preditor man could have followed her to her home unknown to her friend???!! and waitied, Or she could have a myspace account!ect.. or some man she kind of knew could have done it, or someone man who has seen her at work where her name is probably on her desk at Harley. the bottom line is she doesn't deserve any of this!! she is a sweet kind hearted, soft spoken, bubbly happy, hard working, girl who would give her jacket off her back for anyone that need it!! Please help look for Lisa! Why take her from her home???? I pray the blood is DNA to her attacker! We are comming for you! Give yourself up NOW! we will be check local gas station video cameras of men filling up, we will walk the woods, we will search the waters! we will find you Lisa and Bring you home again!

This isn't likely to turn out well. Allegdly, the house is on the market. The co-owner of the home may have vital info as to her whereabouts. How come no mention of him thus far on any reports?

They have not mentioned that she co-owns the home at 6540 Luxury with a man named William Brantley. It is a 3000 square ft home with 4 bedrooms. I doubt she lives there alone. Police normally will not check out missing persons so quickly, unless there is probable reasons. So, with less then a 24 hour turn around, I am wondering if there were some problems with their relationship for the police to want a search warrant to check more out. Also, no mention of previous calls to the home, so far.
