HOLLY SPRINGS, MS (abc24.com) - Four north Mississippi firefighters received minor injuries when their fire truck rolled over while responding to a call Friday morning.

The Holly Springs Fire Department was called to assist in Potts Camp just before 11 a.m. on Friday, January 4. While en route to the fire, the fire truck rolled over while turning at an intersection, trapping the four firefighters inside. Rescue crews removed the windshield and all four were transported to the hospital in non-critical condition.

At the time of the accident the truck's 3,000 gallon tank was full. According to the Holly Springs Fire Dept., the driver of the fire truck stated he felt the truck shift as he was turning when the rollover occurred. He also said he was not speeding.

All four firefighters have been relieved of duty pending the outcome of the Mississippi Highway Patrol's investigation.
