KNOXVILLE, TN (abc24.com) - Five more members of the now-disbanded Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at UT Knoxville have been found guilty in the 'alcohol enema' case. Three of the young men are from Shelby County.

All were charged with underage drinking and disorderly conduct.

Appearing in court Thursday, a judge stated if the students pay court costs and don't get into trouble for 30 days, the charges will be cleared. Some were also ordered to attend an alcohol awareness program.

Seven other members faced similar consequences.

The University of Tennessee suspended the Pikes after Memphian Alexander Broughton was rushed to the hospital with alcohol poisoning. His blood alcohol level was five times the legal limit.

A fraternity member later told police students had been ingesting wine rectally, but Broughton denies he ever received a so-called "wine enema".

Another reason we don't need wine to be sold in grocery stores. Those wily, fun-loving college youths.....what will they think of next?
