MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police need help identifying the suspect who punched a woman in the face and robbed her of several thousand dollars at a southeast Memphis bank.
The robbery occurred around 10 a.m. on Monday, February 11 at the Regions Bank on Riverdale Rd at E Shelby Dr. Investigators say the suspect hit the 28-year-old victim so hard she was knocked to the ground, and robbed her of $3,000.
The suspect drove away from the scene in a black Chrysler Sebring coupe. He is described as a black male in his early 20's, 6', around 170 lbs with a medium complexion and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, blue and orange shirt and blue jeans.
