U of M Police Release Photos of Suspected Campus Robbers

MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police at the University of Memphis have released surveillance photos of two suspects in a home invasion robbery at a campus apartment Tuesday afternoon.

The robbery occurred at the Carpenter Complex student apartments off Central Avenue around 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18. A female student told officers that two black male suspects broke in to her apartment and demanded her belongings as one suspect pointed a silver handgun at her.

One suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, last seen wearing a black and white striped shirt and tan shorts. The second suspect is described as a black male last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie and blue jean shorts.
