MARION, AR (abc24.com) - Multiple agencies are searching for the killer of a woman found shot to death in a ditch just outside Marion, Arkansas.
Crittenden County Sheriff's deputies found the victim's body alongside Gammon Road just after 11 a.m. on Friday, November 2. The woman, identified as Daisy M. Taylor, ad been shot in the head three times. Just over an hour later, Memphis police located a burned out 2012 Chevy Impala on Mason Street south of E.H. Crump Blvd. that belonged to Taylor.
So far there are no suspects. The Arkansas State Police, U.S. Marshals Service and Memphis Police Department are all assisting the Crittenden County Sheriff's Office in the investigation.
