ST. FRANCIS COUNTY, AR (localmemphis.com)--A Fayette County woman is fighting for her life after she was found beaten, shot in the head and left for dead in a St. Francis County, Arkansas field Wednesday. Now, the hunt is on for her boyfriend who is considered armed and dangerous.

Stacey Buckley, 45, was found around 1:00 p.m. about 65 miles away from the Arlington, Tennessee home she shares with her boyfriend, Jeffery Wall.

She somehow managed to crawl across a bean field where she was found by a farmer and woman named Debra Williams.

"She didn't know who she was, where she was, and she didn't know who she was," said Williams.

Williams said Buckley had been beaten, had two black eyes, was covered in blood and had been shot in the head. She said Buckley couldn't see, but could talk, and was begging for something to drink.

"She didn't know who she was where she was and she didn't know who she was," said Williams. "I figured she had been in the field for quite a while because she was asking for water."

"When she turned her head I could see the bullet had went in here but there was no exit wounds," said Williams.

Williams said her and farmer waited with Buckley until investigators showed up.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, Wall and Buckley were last seen at their home on Oak Hollow Cove Sunday afternoon. Around 11:30 p.m. last night, deputies stopped by the home for a welfare check, but no one was home and both of their cars were gone.

Authorities know the house well. They say they've responded to domestic calls there numerous times before.

"We have responded to domestic calls at this residence before between those two," said Ray Garcia, with the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.

Buckley is currently at THE MED in critical condition.

"Lord didn't see fit for her to go," said Williams, still rocked by the afternoon's events.

Police are looking for Wall and the two vehicles missing from the home. One of the vehicles is a white 2008 Sierra Denali pickup truck with TN tag 674-FQS. The second vehicle is a white 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV with TN tag 523-LLD. If you know anything that can help deputies in this case, call the Fayette County Sheriff's Office at (901) 465-3456.
