MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) - Shelby County deputies have arrested a man they say may be responsible for several auto burglaries in the Lakeland area.
Daniel Moore, 30, was arrested Thursday. Deputies say they found him wandering in a Lakeland neighborhood, walking across a golf course with a backpack.
Deputies say while talking to him, they found Moore had several items stolen in an auto burglary they had just taken a report on.
Moore was arrested, and deputies say they found more items on him and in his car nearby that linked him to other burglaries the same night.
