City Watch Alert Cancelled For Teen Police Say Called Girlfriend And Said He Had Been Shot

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) - UPDATE 11:15 a.m. - Poilice say Richardson has been located and is unharmed.

Memphis police have issued a City Watch Alert for a teenager they say called his girlfriend and told her he had been shot.

Cedric Richardson, 18, was last seen about 7:15 a.m. Friday at the Madison Apartments. Police say he left his girlfriend in the car to meet someone, and never returned. They say later, he called her and told her he “was down and had been shot.”

Richardson is 6’1” tall and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black Nike t-shirt and black jogging pants.
