MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) - Baking Memories 4 Kids cooked up a surprise Tuesday for a Mid-South family. 4-year-old Ryder Cook and his family received an all-expense paid vacation to Disney World.

It was all thanks to Panera and the non-profit "Baking Memories 4 Kids." The non-profit is dedicated to send children with life-threatening illnesses on vacation.

Ryder was born with spina bifida. His mother told us he has been a blessing in their lives and others.

“Ryder has been a light in our life since before he even come into this world,” says Kendall Cook. “And everybody that he comes into contact with, he just really makes a difference in their life. He's just a wonderful little boy."

Panera Bread Company customers have donated to the cause for the last year.

Baking Memories 4 Kids sells cookies year round to pay for trips for kids across the country.
