Former McNairy County Prosecutor Indicted

JACKSON, Tenn (localmemphis.com) - An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in the indictment of former McNairy County Assistant District Attorney Bobby Gray.

TBI Agents began an investigation into the activities of 57-year-old Bobby Gene Gray, of Adamsville, TN. On October 9th. 

The Grand Jury returned an indictment for two counts of Official Misconduct, Theft Under $1,000, Simple Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, and Simple Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance.

On October 11th, Gray reported for booking at the McNairy County Correctional Center.
