Man Accused Of Shooting Couple During Car Sale Arrested In Blytheville

BLYTHEVILLE, Ark (localmemphis.com) - A man, already on the run from probation for domestic battery, has been captured after investigators say he shot a couple who tried to buy a car from him.

Investigators with Arkansas Community Correction says a petition was filed to revoke Terrance Jackson’s probation on domestic battery charges back in January, because he wasn’t reporting to his supervising officer.

They say while o the run, Jackson shot a couple who traveled from Missouri to Blytheville to buy a car which he had advertised on social media. The couple had their baby with them at the time, but the child was not hurt.

Investigators tracked Jackson to a Blytheville home, and he was taken into custody Wednesday morning.

Jackson faces charges of aggravated robbery, battery, and theft. He is being held at the Blytheville city jail.
