Man Charged With Murder For Deadly Fox Meadows Shooting

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) - Memphis police have arrested and charged a man with first degree murder in the shooting death of a man in Fox Meadows.

Michael Roby, 21, was shot several times Thursday morning about 3:10 a.m. in the 5800 block of Benadine Place. He died at the scene.

Police arrested Marquez Duncan, 24. He is now charged with first degree murder.

 

Duncan is in jail on $250,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned March 27th.
