Man Wanted For Questioning In September 2016 Homicide

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) - Memphis police are looking for a man they want to question in regards to a homicide in September 2016. They say Andre Armendariz Delgado, aka “Dre,” was seen leaving with the victim moments before he was shot.

Dejan Rakic was shot and killed September 20, 2016, in the 3200 block of W. Danville Circle at the Eden Pointe Apartments.

Delgado is described as 5’7”-5’8", thin, short straight black hair, with several tattoos on his body.

On the left side of face is a logo of University of Memphis and a diamond with the number 3 inside and on his chest a Mexican eagle and “Time Waits for No Man.” Both arms have full sleeves; on his left bicep “Fear God,” left shoulder a “Dia De Los Muertos Skull,” and his left arm has a bear with a $ sign.
