MEMPHIS, Tenn (localmemphis.com) - At this point, it is not clear where the 1-year-old was found but neighbors were relieved to hear the news.

According to MPD, there was a disturbance between the child's mother and father.
Investigators say just before 12:30 this Wednesday Cheer forced himself into a home here on Soapstone Drive where he took his daughter at gunpoint and drove away.
Around 3:00 MPD said the child was found.
Neighbors say this area is typically quiet.
Neighbor Tatyana Pride said, "I was surprised because there's nothing like that usually going on over here. It's a lot of kids are here. they don't usually be harmed or none of that."
She went on to say, "I can feel what she's feeling. but I can't because it never happened to me but I can only imagine how she's feeling."
Memphis police say the suspect 24-year-old Pierre Cheer is still at large.
He was last seen wearing a white muscle shirt, gray shorts, and black and blue Air Jordan shoes.
He's believed to be armed.
