Tennessee Improves To 2-0 With Win Over Indiana State

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Ty Chandler returned the opening kickoff for a 91-yard touchdown and the Volunteers never looked back on their way to a 42-7 win over Indiana State.

Carlin Fils-aime and Brandon Johnson were responsible for Tennessee's other three touchdowns in the first half. For both players, it marked their first college touchdowns.

Quarterback Quinten Dormady played the majority of the game, completing 13 of 18 passes for 194 yards and two touchdown passes. He also turned it over twice. 

Redshirt freshman quarterback Jarrett Guarantano made his college debut. He went 4 of 12 for 41 yards and a touchdown pass.

Tennessee (2-0) is scheduled to next play No. 22 Florida on Sept. 16.
