Two Sisters Shot And Killed In Hickory Hill

MEMPHIS, Tenn (localmemphis.com) - Two sisters are dead in Hickory Hill after what police say was a domestic situation. Police say they were shot outside a home belonging to one of the sisters.

Memphis Police were called to a home in 3800 block of Pathway Circle around 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning.

Police tell us the shooting happened after an argument with a family member, and that the family member is currently in police custody.

The father identified the victim's as Kendall and Kayla Brown. Memphis Police say the suspected gunman is also the husband of one of the victims. He turned himself into the police department, but his name has not been released and he has not been charged.

When asked if he had any words for the man accused of shooting his daughters, the victim’s father had this to say. "Right now if I seen him, I'd probably go to jail. I'm fact I know I'll go to jail if I seen him right about now,” said Jasper Moten.

There were also five kids inside of the home, but they were not injured.
