That's what volunteers were trying to do in northeast Memphis today.
Dozens of people gathered at the Pleasant View School on Bartlett Road to pack meals for families overseas.
When the volunteers walk out the door today, there will be 50,000 meals ready to be sent off to people that desperately need them.
This is the fourth year for the event.
In total, “Rise Against Hunger” in Memphis has packed 200,000 meals to help people in places like Nicaragua and Honduras.
