Wings Of Hope Honored Those Who Lost Their Life To Heroin Overdose

Memphis, TENN. (localmemphis.com) - Wings of Hope Desoto County along with Hearts for Hope and Healing Memphis held an event to bring awareness to the epidemic of heroin overdose in the city and those who have died from it.

The event took place at Olive Branch Park and brought out a crowd of about 60 people.

Olive Branch Mayor Scott Phillips attended the event and assured that anyone who calls him or the police department with information on the distribution of this drug will remain anonymous.

Mayor Phillips says they will all work diligently to arrest these offenders.
