4 Sentenced for Robbing Hispanic-Owned Businesses

The U.S. attorney in Memphis says four men have been convicted and sentenced for armed robberies targeting businesses owned by Hispanics.

Talk about punishment, they got it handed to them!! I'm all for stricter punishnebts and sticking to them, but what about the people they release after a year or two on a 15yr sentence?!?! Where is the consistency here??
