MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Authorities are searching for answers in regards to fires intentionally set at 6 houses between Wednesday, November 16, 2011, and Thursday the 17th.
The Memphis Fire Department says the string of fires started around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday and continued into early Thursday morning. Authorities say all the houses were vacant when they were set on fire.
The houses were located at:
- 700 block of Pontotoc Avenue
- 1400 block of LeFlore Place
- 1400 block of Valse Road
- 2200 block of Eldridge Avenue
- 1400 block of Ethlyn Avenue
- 2600 block of Filmore Avenue
Authorities are asking anyone with information on these arsons to call Crime Stoppers at (901) 528-CASH.
