Arsonist Sets Fire to Peppertree Apartments

MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - The Memphis Fire Department was called to the Peppertree Apartments in Whitehaven after an arsonist set the vacant building ablaze.

Firefighters were called to the scene just before 9:00am on February 1, 2012. It took about 30 minutes to completely knock down the fire. Investigators determined that the fire was intentionally set in multiple locations inside the building.

No injuries were reported. So far, there are no suspects in custody.
