Birthday Girl Licks Police Car Windows & Fakes Seizure; Family Says Not True

A Northaven woman celebrated her 25th birthday in jail.
MEMPHIS, TN-- Birthday girl gone wild. A Northaven woman celebrated her 25th birthday in jail. Early Sunday morning Jamie Williams was booked on several charges: DUI, reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and the list goes on.

According to the police affidavit Williams fought on Beale Street, faked a seizure, kicked paramedics and officers, tried to run people over with her car. Once she was in the back seat of a squad car, she licked the windows. Her brother says police are lying.

It's not the typical birthday picture someone would take but it sure was for Jamie Williams. She posed for her booking photo with a big smile. She celebrated her 25th birthday Saturday night on Beale Street.

"She was at a bar hanging out and there was an undercover cop and he followed her and he pulled her over. It kind of got crazy. I'm not really sure about all the details," said Williams' older brother Jeremy McCoy.

According to the affidavit around 4 Sunday morning Williams and her girlfriends got into a fight with someone at Alfred's. Minutes later she sped away in her car, drove the wrong way, and tried to run people over with her car. Cops pulled her over. She refused to take a breathalyzer, so she was handcuffed and put in the back seat of the squad car.

This is when things got bizarre, to say the least, according to police Williams started touching herself and said "you haven't seen anything yet," faked a seizure, kicked a paramedic and an officer coming to her aid, spat at the officer's face, and licked the police car windows.

"She took it a little too far. You're supposed to celebrate your birthday but there are limits to it," said a Beale Street Musician who goes by the stage name Elijah Gold.

McCoy doesn't believe the police report.

"She usually doesn't act like that," said McCoy. I asked him if he believes officers were lying and he said, "Yeah I do. It's all crazy because there are 50 people there and you follow one person? You could've picked 49 other people to give a DUI because everybody in there is drinking."

If these allegations are true big brother has advice for his little sister," Stop partying on your birthday. If you're going to party, party at home and have a designated driver."

Williams posted bond and was at work when we tried to speak with her. She's been arrested in the past. In May she was found guilty of assault and charged with disorderly conduct. No trail date has been set for these recent charges.
