Body Found Identified as Missing Mother Karen Swift

A body found in Dyersburg, Tennessee on December 10, 2011 has been identified as 44-year old Karen Swift.

I have been reading and watching this story and am so saddened it came to this end, but I guess was not unexpected. The information so far is hinky and I have a feeling the person who murdered her is someone she knew and trusted. I am hoping the police and detectives can find evidence pointing to the right person. My heart goes out to her children and family.

This is so sad! My heart goes out to her children, especially after months and months of not knowing where she was during all this time. To know she was only five miles from the home is even more difficult. I am so so sad for her family, friends, and community. Motive? That's what I want to know. Why??? Was it a robbery or carjacking gone wrong?? Seems quite suspicious to me. I hope they find her murderer. Sure they won't have to look far, either!!
