Charges Dropped Against Bartlett Police Officer

A Bartlett police officer is out of legal trouble, but the city may can him anyway.

BARTLETT-Domestic violence charges against a Bartlett police officer have been dropped, but he could still lose his job.

Charges against Quentin Crowley were dropped, Wednesday.

He was accused of pushing his wife in June during a fight.  Amanda Crowley said she fell to the ground and hit her head.

Crowley is still on administrative leave for the incident.

Wednesday, he was charged internally with BPD for poor moral character, gross misconduct, and physical assault.

Crowley has an administrative hearing set for July 16th, where he could be terminated.
