Council Seeking Solutions for Weeding Out Bad Cops
A Memphis City Council member says the police should be praised and not bashed over the recent rash of bad cop arrests, 21 so far this year. Councilman Myron Lowery says one of the best kept secrets in all of these incidents is that the police have been policing themselves, and took immediate action. Still, Lowery and others say more should be done.
