she hasn't been charged because she completed the 2nd chance program now she's in the citys Hugs for Thugs program...lets get with it CITY, charge this cess pool gene lacking fat glob of fat back.

Hogan has been fired. She was fired the same week that she was indicted. Did Mr. Mitchum file a complaint with the city and did he actually file a police report? If so, then he needs to keep nagging them (and keep talking to the media) until they DO something.

Hogan just looks like an uncaring punk young female. She should have never been hired. Maybe a c wharton can check hiring practices of current and future employees to throw out those with punk attitudes like Hogan. I don't hit women, but I bet I could knock that smirk off her ugly damn face. Throw her arrogant butt in jail and give this it/female punk a lesson.
