MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - One victim is dead and a second victim is in critical condition after a shooting in Whitehaven Wednesday afternoon.
Memphis police were flagged down just before 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18 at a BP gas station on the 1700-block of Winchester where two people had been shot. Both victims were transported to The MED; one victim died a short time later.
There is one person in custody, but charges have not yet been filed.
