Endangered Child Alert Canceled for Ronald Flanigan

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has canceled an Endangered Child Alert for 5-month-old Ronald Flanigan after he was found safe in Memphis.
MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has canceled an Endangered Child Alert on behalf of the Cookeville Police Department for 5-month-old Ronald Flanigan after he was found safe in Memphis.

Ronald was believed to be in the company of his parents Ronald Collins Jr. and Amanda Collins. There are bond conditions in place that prohibit Ronald Collins from any contact with Amanda Collins and baby Ronald Flanigan. There is also a court order on file for removal of 5-month-old Ronald from the custody of his parents.

According to Memphis police, Flanigan was brought in to a DCS office just after 4:30 p.m. The parents of the child were not located.
