PARSONS, TN (abc24.com) - He pushed other firefighters out of the way of a collapsing building and lost his life. Now investigators are calling his death a murder.

Chief Kenny Fox died last week while fighting a restaurant fire in Parsons, Tennessee. Investigators just ruled that fire an arson. Two other firefighters were hurt while fighting the flames.

Fox was a husband and father of three.

In addition to being a District Chief for Decatur County he was also a Sergeant in the Decatur County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators are vowing to catch those responsible for the fire. When they do, they'll be charged with first degree murder.
