MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - The Shelby County Medical Examiner now knows what killed Karen Swift, but hasn't told anyone.
The autopsy on Swift's body is complete but the Medical Examiner says there is a court order not to release the results to the public.
The Dyer County mother of four disappeared in October 2011. Swift's body was found in December in a wooded area just two miles from her home.
The Dyer County Sheriff's Department and the TBI are investigating the case.
So far they do not have any suspects.
