Lawsuit Claims Airline Discriminated against Muslim Leaders

Two Muslim men who were kicked off an airplane in May after the pilot objected to their presence are suing Delta Air Lines Inc. and Atlantic Southeast Airlines Inc., which operated the flight from Memphis to Charlotte, N.C.

True, but they should have the right to refuse to fly anybody.

Hilarious! Delta deserves to be sued for sure. Don't they have Sky Marshals? If so, it kinda eliminates the need for the pilot to profile passengers.
