You can't really blame this man for being given a pardon. I certainly don't think that a Barbour should have had the authority to pardon anyone, but the deed is done and this man is living in Wyoming, trying to find peace. It amounts to crying over spilled milk at this point. We should make arrangements so that this sort of thing doesn't happen again and move on.
