Man Convicted in Cordova Vehicular Death Back in Jail

The man who hit and killed a father of two with his car is locked up again.
MEMPHIS, TN (localmemphis.com) - The man who hit and killed a father of two with his car is locked up again.

Samer Sakaan was taken into custody Thursday on a probation violation during a court appearance.

Investigators say he stole a laptop computer last November while he was on probation for vehicular homicide.

Sakaan hit William Marshall in May of 2010 as Marshall was checking his mail in front of his home on Walnut Bend.

He's scheduled to be back in court Monday on the theft charge.
