Police are searching for the suspect who shot a man dead on his front porch in south Memphis Sunday evening.
MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police are searching for the suspect who shot a man dead on his front porch in south Memphis Sunday evening.

Memphis police were called to the 300-block of Hollowell Avenue around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 9. When they arrived, they found a 54-year-old man slumped over a cooler on the front porch with apparent gunshot wounds; the victim, later identified as Willie Cook, was pronounced dead on the scene.

A neighbor told officers he heard three to four shots fired, and called police when he saw the victim unresponsive on the porch.
